Pastor Bob is back with a special interview - this time with Glenn Packiam, the Lead Pastor of Rockharbor Church in Costa Mesa, California. Glenn is the author of several books, including The Resilient Pastor, Blessed Broken Given, and the forthcoming book he co-authored with his wife, Holly, “The Intentional Year”. He earned a Doctorate in Theology and Ministry from Durham University, and is a Senior Fellow at Barna Group.

Pastor Bob was honored last week by receiving the Uniter award from The White House. The “Uniter” award was presented to select Americans for working to bring their communities together across lines of religious, political and other differences to prevent acts of hate-fueled violence, promote healing where such violence has had devastating consequences, and build unity.
So, it is fitting that on this week’s Journal Session - Pastor Bob details out what the Bible says about being a peacemaker, a uniter, a bridge builder and why this type of work is important during this moment in time. Take a listen.
